Account & Data Deletion

Dojos.ro provides all users (admins, coaches, parents, and students) with the ability to permanently delete their account and personal credentials at any time, directly within the app or by submitting a web request.

• 1. Log in to your Dojos.ro account.
• 2. Open your profile menu and tap 'Edit Profile'.
• 3. Scroll to the 'Dangerous Zone — Account Deletion' section and tap 'Delete Account Permanently'.
• 4. Complete the two-step security confirmation (typing DELETE/ȘTERGE) to finalize.

If you can no longer access the app or wish to request remote account deletion, email us directly at suport@dojos.ro or gdpr@dojos.ro using the email address linked to your account. Your request will be processed within 30 days.

• Permanently Deleted Data: Firebase Auth login credentials, name, phone number, profile photo, FCM tokens, and user document data.
• Anonymization: Your account references are detached from dojo activity.
• Legally Retained Data: Financial records or tuition receipts (if any) are retained as required by accounting laws.
• Security Logs: Audit logs retain an anonymized record of the account deletion event.
