Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or using the Dojos.ro platform (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. For questions, you can contact us at hello@dojos.ro or +40 741 887 832.

Dojos.ro is a management platform for dojos and martial arts and combat sports clubs: student and belt tracking, attendance, events, communication (Community, private messaging), notifications, and tuition fee tracking.

The Platform does not process online card payments - tuition fee tracking is kept manually by the dojo's admin, within the app.

Each account belongs to a single dojo and has a role (admin, coach, assistant, front desk, parent, or student) that determines what data it can see and what actions it can take. The dojo's admin is responsible for properly managing the accounts within their own dojo (creating, disabling, and setting the roles of team members).

You are responsible for keeping your account's login details confidential and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for the content you post in Community, in private messaging, or as uploaded photos/documents. Posting illegal, abusive, discriminatory content, or content that violates the rights of others (especially minors), is prohibited. A dojo's admins can moderate or delete content within their own dojo.

A significant part of the data managed through the Platform concerns minors (students). Data about minors is entered and managed by the dojo's admin/coach and by the parent, under their own responsibility, in accordance with data protection law - see also our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance or updates that may temporarily affect access.

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including data loss caused by a user's improper use of their account.

We may suspend or close an account or a dojo in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment, as applicable. A dojo's admin can also request the closure/deletion of their own dojo at any time.

The Platform, the Dojos.ro brand, and the app's code are the property of the Dojos.ro operator. Data entered by a dojo (students, events, content) remains the property of that dojo.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continuing to use the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated to dojo admins.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or, if not possible, by the competent courts in Romania.
